1. Make a copy or copies of your original .dat file(s) of any outfit you'd like to carry over to 64bit (I did this just to in case I messed something up in the following steps) 2.  Open the file in notepad++ by right clicking on it 3. Once open, you'll have one long line of code 4. Hit enter once, this should push that line of code down to line 2 5. Go up to the first line and type f 6. Save and close You'll need to make sure file extensions are shown for the next part to work 7. Right click on your file name, click rename, change .dat to .avatar, hit enter to save 8. Place file where ever you keep your new 64bit saved outfits, go into game to character editor, click on load in the upper right hand corner and load your newly converted saved outfit
